FREE VIRTUAL GROUP BREATHWORK MEDITATION

As we shift gears from the Year of the Snake to the Year of the Fire Horse, this New Moon & eclipse energy is a great time to go within and connect to your breath, and to yourself. Join me for a free online breathwork session designed to help you shed those last layers and prepare for the new energy we are entering into. Release tension, reset your nervous system, and feel emotionally lighter. This session is for anyone ready to pause, breathe, and create space for clarity and calm in their life.
I would like to invite you to join me for a group breathwork meditation.
Breathwork helps to activate the movement of energy through the body which aids in clearing the stagnation and stress you may be holding. It can clear emotional blocks, and help to release old patterns and trauma, while connecting you to the energy of Self Love.
We will start with a brief sharing of intention. The active breathing will be approximately 20-25 min, followed by about 5 minutes of normal breathing for integration. Allow approximately 45 min, depending on the size of the group and the level of sharing.
You will finish feeling lighter and more connected to yourself so that you can move through your days with a bit more ease and a spring in your step!

Before joining, here are some preparation tips:
-Please find a quiet area to lie down where you will not be disturbed.
-Have a blanket to keep you warm and bolster or pillow for under your knees.
-NO pillow under your head please, as you need your neck to be flat/open.
-Do your best to find a set up with your computer that I can see your torso and head in your lying down position, especially if you are newer to breathwork. You are welcome to turn off your camera as well.
-You may like an eye pillow, or your favourite essential oils, crystals & journal to make it your own special ceremony.
- It is ideal to avoid meals for at least 1 hour prior.
For integration after your session: It is recommended to avoid scheduling anything for an hour minimum afterwards. Drink plenty of water, and sit quietly and journal what you experienced in your body & mind during the meditation.

* Breathwork is considered to be a safe practice, however if you have any serious health conditions (for example: severe hypertension or cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, recent surgeries or injuries, unresolved mental/emotional trauma, or any other issues that may concern you) please consult with your health practitioners first, especially if you are newer to breathwork.
