Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies
Recipe Adapted from TheVegan8.com

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup + 1TBSP Hazelnut Butter
1 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
2 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
6 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1.5 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup chopped Hazelnuts
Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 350*F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
-Stir everything together in one bowl.
-I use 1 Tbsp to measure each cookie, form them into balls and then press them flat into about 1/4 inch thickness. Makes about 24-28 cookies.
-Bake for 10 minutes - do not overbake - they burn easy!!
-Cool on sheet for 10 minutes before transferring them to cooling rack.
-Store them in fridge - they last well!
